There's really not a single aspect of this I'm happy with :\ There're parts of the composition that drive me crazy; the penciling is half-to-whole-assed in places; the inks are messy and were hell to lay down flats for, and by the time the flats were down I was spent and I think the shading missed some opportunities for it; and I feel like the end result is too dark and sloppy.

What matters is, I'm practicing >.> This was drawn as an entrance-exam of sorts for a local comics-shop, Capstone Comics, which self-publishes a few of their own titles through the efforts of a passionate clique of local comic artists (and soon, clueless shmoes like myself). They threw me the script, I threw them this. The guy in charge has been graciously impressed with its progression. If nothing else, I've filled my head with a new stack of what-not-to-do's when I can start on projects that actually matter.
