Artist's Comments

This is something drawn for a contest winner at [link] ; he won the challenge and requested from me a picture of a Punisher-like character in the Star Wars universe for a story he was writing. This is the result.

Pencil and Photoshop 7, 3 days' actual work. I was expecting this to take longer but it was really fun to paint.

Star Wars and associated subjects (c) Goerge Lucas and 20th Century Fox, Punisher (c) Marvel. Yeeeh, my ass is covered.

Thanks! Yeh.. It could've been a trial getting pure white armor to look natural in such a dark scene, but most of this pic just seemed to fall into place thankfully.

WATCH OUT, BEAV, HE'S AROUND THE CORNER!

I know the focus is supposed to be the dude in the foreground but my eye went directly to the Beav-like dude in the alley. And just what does that graffitti say?

The grafitti says "RODIAN POWER" and underneath it is a cool little symbol of a Rodian's face. It got covered by the guy's body though :(
